Elven Landscape Watercolour *yay*

Its finally finished! :woot: :abbed:

Some of the older mystic-wickers might remember when I created a thread on tree spirits, after having a lot of contact with a Yew Spirit. Well, this scene is a part one of the dreams I had! Its been a work in progress for quite some time; its totally huge - 20"x16". It took me about 6 hours to draw and sketch onto the watercolour board, and another two weeks of 12 hour days to paint - but its worth it :hearteyes

it's absolutely lovely. :smile: i love it, muggy. especially the way you did the trees in the background, it has an almost psychedelic feel to it. awesome work.

I'm also into Heathen mythology and the Gods and Goddesses. I'm working with runes too. I'm thinking about reading a story from my mythology book and doing a painting from it! I'll show you when I'm finished.

I just wanted to post that I've added my Elven Watercolour Landscape (http://www.mysticwicks.com/showthread.php?t=91766) painting to some CafePress stuff, making prints etc a lot cheaper than before *yay for Cafepress!* plus now there're jewellery/herb boxes etc. I haven't made any t-shirts, but if anyone wants one I can :)
