Hello, I'm new-and very nervous

Hi, All. I've been reading and exploring on here for several weeks
(2? 3? 4? I don't know), and have enjoyed myself very much.
I take a lot of time working myself up to doing new things, but I finally
took the plunge :fpeek:

I'm a little less nervous now that I've done it. Unfortunately, I can't stay.
I've got to talk myself into going to bed--work tomorrow, yuck.
I waited until this late on purpose, but I'll be back.

First of all, thanks for all your welcomes and encouragement.

Now: I was eating slices of apple while I was reading all your
welcomes, and was just about to bite into a slice when I came
to Mithrea's welcome--my mouth stayed open as I stared at
her words for several long seconds. She struck a chord big time,
but I have no idea which one.

I've done a lot of exploring on MW, and will do a whole lot more,
because I don't know just what I am looking for.

By the way, I was 61 in January--so it's never too late to go
exploring!!
