A spell to help my dad?

He's having a horrible time at work with people giving him crap whenever they do something wrong. His coworkers seem to want to rain on his parade because of their own incompetence. Is there some kind of protection spell I can do for him, so that the negative energies from his coworkers won't effect him as much? It hurts me to see him put in all these hours at work and his coworkers just do nothing but make it harder for him. It seems my dad always gets the short end of the stick and I'd like to help him a little bit. Nothing to hurt to coworkers of course but to better my dad's work.

TO STOP AN ENEMY FROM SPREADING GOSSIP ABOUT YOU

Write the name and full birthdate of your gossiping enemy on a piece of slippery
elm bark. Wrap it in a piece of black cloth and say:

(Name of enemy)
Be now silent
Let your bitter tongue be broken.
(Name of enemy)
Be now silent
Let no evil words be spoken.
So mote it be!

Bury the cloth covered bark in a forest or graveyard at night by the light of a
pale, waning moon as you visualize your enemy unable to speak whenever he or she
attempts to spread malicious gossip about you.

SPELL TO OVERCOME BAD FEELINGS

Items you will need:
cauldron filled with spring water
sea salt
one White candle
one Black candle
a few squares of toilet paper
black pen

Start by filling your cauldron with water and adding the cleansing sea salt to
it, bless the water. Light the White candle and hold it in your hands. Visualize
loving, pure Goddess light energy and place it down next to the cauldron. Light
the Black candle and hold it in your hands. Visualize the Black candle soaking
up all the negativity in your life, in your attitudes and/or in the people
around you. Place it down next to the cauldron. On each square of toilet paper,
write one thing that you want to banish or overcome, example - my ex's
negativity, my lack of motivation at work, my self-badgering of gaining 10
pounds, etc. With each square, hold it in your hands and repeat these words:

'You have no power over me.
You have no power over me.
You have no power over me.
You have no power over me.'

Repeat this until you finally believe and realize that it is true. Then toss the
paper square into the cauldron. When you have done this with all the paper
squares, swish them around in the cauldron for one last blast of affirming
energy. Blow out the candles, take your cauldron and pour the water and paper
into the toilet and flush.

TO HELP CHANGE ENEMIES INTO FRIENDS

Take a photograph of your enemy and pass it through the rising smoke of jasmine,
orange, vanilla or violet incense. As you do this, recite the following
incantation 3 times.

Enemy, enemy, turn into friend
Let all ill will, now come to an end.

If you do not have photograph of your enemy, you can use a square piece of blue
parchment paper upon which you have written his or her full name and birthdate,
if known. After reciting the incantation for the third time, take the photograph
or blue parchment and put it in a small box along with a beryl gemstone. Fill
the box with vervain, cover it with a lid, and then store it in an undisturbed
place. For best results, perform this spell when you moon is full.

Spell to Stop Negative Feelings while in a crowd

If you are in a crowd of people and for some reason a negative feeling or
thought comes to you and you cannot get away from the situation, simply find a
piece of paper. It can be any type of paper. I have even used a napkin while I
was at a restaurant once. Then very quietly, take the piece of paper and make
three small tears somewhere on the paper. As you tear the paper, in your
mind's eye see the negative feelings being torn away. Take a deep breath and
allow positive feelings to surface. Very quietly, place the torn paper on some
other surface away from you. Being very discrete is apart of the magick. No
one will ever know that you just stopped negative energy being sent to you. It
will return back to them. Then, continue with the laughter, love, and light of
being around the crowd.

A SPELL TO HELP LIFT HARD FEELINGS AND HEAL EMOTIONAL RIFTS

You need a Quartz crystal.

Find a nice, quiet place where you can lay down, then place the quartz crystal
on your third eye and say:

"I call upon Gula, great Goddess of healing.
Guide the help to direct any bad feelings,
See this dark specters reeling.
By the grace of your power
I ask you to heal them.
Teach each to feel what the other feels,
By the power of three, I wish it to be."

Getting rid of anoying People

This is a nice little spell to get rid of people who are bothering you or are in
your face.

When the person comes near you just visualize a blazing blue pentacle on his/her
forehead. Next, mentally say these words:

"I banish you in the name of the positive powers of the universe!"

This little spell works very well, and it harms no one. It just keeps them away
from you. It even works on intoxicated people and people on drugs, as well as
people who have bad intentions towards you.

We all get into arguments sometimes. This spell helps set aside past animosity so that people can work together again. To start, sort out the sword and coin suits from a tarot deck. Choose the sword card that closely represents your current situation, and pick out the coin card that represents your desired goals. Photocopy each and cut them out. Hold the sword copy and say: “Here is where I am.” Switch to the coin copy and say: “Here is where I want to be.” Now fold the two copies together so that the coin completely encloses the sword, and say:

Symbols of power,

Past grievances settle,
Set us both free.
As swords into plowshares,
So mote it be.
