Ok so I think the title is pretty self explainatory. I am aware of a couple of stores around perth that have pagan wares.

The thing is I have searched around online to see if there are any other stores in perth that sell spell ingredients and other spell casting tools and I have come up with nothing.

I am aware there are a couple of other pagans from perth on this forum .. a little here please :)

It all depends on what you're looking for I suppose.

I know of a few in Fremantle, one in the City, and one in Hillary's...

I found this link saved in my favourites, I have another one similar, I'll try and find it ... my favourites folder is badly disorganised.

The Hillary's crystal store is cool. There used to be a store in subi but I'm not sure if it's there still.

I haven't been into fremantle in like years. As for the one in the city .. where is it ?

It would be cool if you can give me store names and directions RubyRose.

It's nice to have someone else in perth.

I'm Josh by the way :)

Oooo thanks for those links .. I love the Spellbox website, I wish they had an online ordering system.

We can't be the only two perth people on this forum though.

The one in Perth is called 'Mystic Vision' (mostly a jewellery store - though there are a few other pagan-y things) located in Piccadilly Arcade.

The few in Fremantle that I frequent the most are ... 'Zodiax' (in an arcade near angus and robertson) 'Mystic Rose' and there's a neat little faery store ... which I'm totally in love with ... there's also another one, near the faery store, but I forget the name of it ...
I don't know the exact addresses, never really taken note, and I found them quite my accident. I'll check the phone book for you

As for other west aussies on the site ... there's argento ouchi and spirit wind ... that frequent mystic wicks fairly often.

It sounds like I need to visit Freo and have a wander around.

Thank you :)

You're welcome ... there's also a store on market street in freo (I'm failing to find the link that listed stores in Western Australia - a shame too, cause it was a decent link)

Also Subiaco and Malaga markets are worth a look.

Hehehe I have already spent at least 2 pays on planning to get myself started .. I can't wait to get out there and start buying. As if I don't have enough problems with being a general shopaholic .. now I have new items to draw my interest. hehe

I've never had that problem, of walking into a metaphysical store and spending up big, though get me into a bookstore, and its hard not to buy up big.

Hi, I'm Stacey ... sorry should have mentioned that a few posts back.

There used to be a store in Fremantle called the Alchemist, that sold LOTS of herbs and bits for spells, as well as tools. They were, however, expensive.

I don't know if they are still there, or still sell all that stuff, it's been a couple of years since I've been. If I remember correctly, it was on Queen Street. Not too far from the trainstation.

Thanks Annyka :)

So Annyka and RubyRose, which do you both use more often, the internet to order things you need or do you search around in stores ?

I don't buy pagan supplies. I make/grow myself using things brought from the local supermarket/bunnings etc.

I buy jewellery from the markets.

I have bought books of the net though (ebay)

I mostly buy things in stores, and occasionally use the internet.

Annyka, I did a search on the whitepages.com.au for The Alchemist, only there was no listing for it. So it may not be active anymore.

Hi, I'm Argent otherwise known as Laura. Welcome to MW.

There's a Zodiax in the Warwick Grove shopping centre. And a Bazaar at the Galleria.

I mainly buy stuff I need, and don't have the funds or the means to buy online (unless I use my dad's amex, and I don't think he'd like me using it to buy herbs and statues and stuff.) That said, i usually buy candles and the occasional crystal or four, and incense and oils. That's about all I buy, plus anything else that I find I neeed. Not that I do a lot of magick to require other supplies. If i do any magick, i usually find i have what i need at home. If herbs would actually grow in my garden, i'd happily grow herbs. but the soil's not right and they all die. Except the bush basil. That's extremely happy next to the lemon tree. It's the only remnant of my herb garden left. Oh well.

bright blessings,
argent

im pretty sure that the alchemist closed down sometime last year, possibly even earlier, cant remember. i think theres a didgeridoo store there now :P and is the fairy store that youre thinking of the pickled fairy? the zodiax is probably the better of the few stores in freo, but thats not saying much. collections of coloured glass, new age titles and renaissance threads abound. definitely worth checking out, especially if youre just starting out, but if youre looking for anything particularly specialised or advanced, buy online, or seek out stores next time youre interstate or overseas.

There is the Blue Obsidian in Morley. They are also on the net (www.blueobsidian.net (http://www.blueobsidian.net)) they send out a email newsletter, have at home parties etc. They also do mail order. Great store (can't you tell it's my favourite!)
Midland military markets have a great store called naturally mystique. Run by Gary & Bobby it is a great place to go for advice and they wont sell you anything you don't need. These are great people to talk to and they always have time to talk. There is another place in the midland markets but i get bad energy vibes whe i go in that store so i just stay out.
There is also a store on great eastern highway in Midland. Have no idea what the name is but it is opposite Action.

And all the rest that everybody else mentioned are great too.
Mandurah has quite a few as well as rockingham but they are a bit far away for me.

Hope it helps

I'm nikki by the way....

It could be, can't say I took great notice of the name. The story very near it is called Joan of Arc ... kinda gives off this native american vibe to me, but sells jewellery, crystals, books and the like.
