In short I need a little help in finding a new home in the Newport News/Hampton/Yorktown, VA, USA area. I am searching for a trailer, used, fixer-uper, dirt cheep that doesn't have to be moved and with management that's willing to give me and my husband a second chance with our currently ruined credit.

My husband is a carpender so any repair needed can and will be done. We can fix everything except electrical and welding but I know a few folks that I can call for that. And frankly if a trailer needs welding then it's no good at all.

I know it's a tall order and that an apartment could be gotten but frankly I'm very sick of apartment living. I need a place that when the oven breaks I can fix it instead of waiting four months <Oct, Nov, Dec, Jan.> for matainces to get around to it, or when the floor starts to rot out in the bathroom <of a second story apartment>, I can replace it, or to bomb for bugs when I get overrun again which I don't ever want to again. I never saw on the rental agreement that I had to live with the roaches!

In short I'm out of ideas. Currently I'm staying with freinds for a short time waiting for the tax prepareer to hand us the check. I've been waiting but even they seam to be having problems too. How do they loose a check? and why did it have to be us?

We are Working Homeless at the moment. I don't know if there are agencies out there to help or not but we are trying to do this on our own first. Because when you get down to it, one has to rely on themselves.

Brightest Blessings Everyone,
to you and yours.

Bump, bump, bump, bump. This is a bump post.

Things haven't changed yet. At least the tax folks are now working to get us the money. That will still take a while. All I'm really asking is if you live in the area to keep your eyes peeled for trailers and to remember to post.

Blessings to you all,
Isabella

Bump. Bump. Bump, again.

At least this time I have some good news. We now have out Tax money in hand and can start talking to some folks about getting into a place. Bad news, we must go back to the campgrounds for a while so we don't get our good and dear freinds in trouble with the landlord. Yet again this means my access to the net will be cut off. Along with every search I could do for a new home. As it stands this Sunday afternoon I will be packing up and after that unable to recive in a timely manner any e-mails, much less be able to respond to them.

Do wish us so hope please.

BB Isa.
