Tarot Reading Dilemma

Hi,
I have a question,
Every time I have a tarot reading it keeps coming up with I am a healer and protector, I have also been told this by a clairvoyant, but I have no plans to join the police force :woah: and so this is my main Question, What does it mean in laymans' terms! :confused:

Healer and protecter doesn't always mean career related....I think it's ingrained into your character. You have a way about you that makes other's feel safe, you protect them from what they can't protect themselves from. You are willing to stand with them to face their fears, and protect them if they can't. Same goes for healing. We help heal other's in many ways aside from medicine. Just listening to someone when they are going through a rough time has great healing effects!

These are just a couple of ideas, there are many more interpretations out there, I'm sure! :D

I agree with Dagda, look inside yourself, meditate, and get to know yourself and you will find your gifts and know what to do with them and what they mean to you. :) Perhaps in the end it will turn out to have something to do with your choice of career... perhaps protector could speak of many things, as can healer.
