My dog has been sick for some days now, we've taken him to the vet and all the tests came back well stating he had nothing wrong. But he has diarrhea, refuses to eat his food but will eat anything else, has a bit of a temperature, and has shortness of breath <- this just started today (not panting, his breath intakes are just short and quick.) In addition to taking him to the vet again, I was thinking of doing some energy work on him to help him recover quickly. The problem is my dog never stays still, sick or healthy!
Why this is in this forum:
Since I know many here do energy work and have healed their pets I came to see if anyone could give me some advice on anything OTHER than taking him to the vet, this is already being done ... advice on healing or getting him to stay still or anything else is very much appreciated. :) Thank you!

First of all, if it doesn't conflict with medication he is taking, feed him some cheddar cheese (cheese is a food that tends to make diarhea become more solid, these are called 'binders'...another one is bananas, but I have no idea how you would get him to eat it), secondly, stop feeing him whatever you are feeding him, and put him on a diet of boiled rice mixed with evaporated milk with about 1 teaspoon (per cup of that) of canned dog food for flavoring. The kind of breathing you describe is how dogs often react to sickness or being uncomfortable.

So, let me get this straight, this dog never sleeps? Or he runs about in his sleep?

When he's sleeping, open yourself to the healing spirits and gently lay your hands on him..... a long, gentle session will be far more effective than anything else.

If you feel the need to heal him while he's awake and 'never still', project the healing energies at a picture of him.

Yep, good advice. Definitely try for a very bland diet for a few days.

I would say that as long as your dog isn't acting really sick and he's still his active self you probably don't have to worry too much. Do keep an eye on him, though. Loose stool is one thing, but if you start to notice bloody stool make sure you contact your vet again.
