Based on my knowledge of German, I'm guessing:
er ook veranderd in je leven en geloof me er is heel veel veranderd in mijn leven de laatst jaren en er zit weer een hele grote verandering aan te komn die ook ...

ook: also?
in: in
je: you
leven: life
is: is
mijn: my
laatst: last
jaren: year
en: and
zit: sit?
een: a
hele: whole
grote: large?

Maybe: Believe me, a lot has changed in my life last year also... also a large change is coming.

It is Dutch.

This translation is pretty close:

Maybe: Believe me, a lot has changed in my life last year also... also a large change is coming.

Although he left out the first part: "A lot has changed in your life.".

ok so what does the word "komn" mean?

That's a misspelling of "komen", which means to come.
