I know an Assyrian Goddess called Ninlil. She is a river-fertility Goddess. I don't have much information on her, but you could look her up.

Bride (Brighid/Ffraid) & Aphrodite are strongly associated with fertility.
Bride is honoured on Gwyl Ffraid (Imbloc), which is often considered a time of fertility.
Aprodite: "Ses pouvoirs sont immenses : déesse aimable, elle protège les mariages, favorise l'entente amoureuse des époux, féconde les foyers, préside aux naissances." -- http://www.ai.univ-paris8.fr/corpus/lurcat/dara/aphrodit.htm. Translation: "Her powers are immense: loveable goddess, she protects marriages, blesses the union of married couples, blesses homes, and presides at births."
I'm too lazy to find mythical references, but there -- you have an idea.
