Frequent Numbers?

On a somewhat related subject, I fairly recently had a strange reading with 3 sixes, 3 tens, no face cards, and no Major Arcana. Most cards were reversed, if you read that way. Any thoughts without knowing the specifics?

As far as there being no face cards or Major arcana, I would think that there is no one else involved in the reading, and it's just about the mundane things in live, nothing life altering or with grand significance to it.....just the day to day type type reading.

I did this reading specificly about the nations possibly to be involved in a war. I did it a couple weeks (maybe a couple days, now that I think about it) after the WTC thing. I already have my own interpretations, but was wondering about others. I am always looking for other opinions.

Maybe it was indicating that no big nuclear war would start, that there would be much careful thought and consideration, deliberation and a lot less violence then most people expected then (thus no major arcana). To me 10's represent endings and new beginnings, and 6's represent good things. You don't mention the suits tho, and that might help.

I too would say 6's and 10's are positive numbers and three would make three times.. expansion and growth.. so if you read reversed that would mean the opposite but if your cards know you read upright then it could get very confusing..
Id say to take the reversed aspects, but then again I cant give you an interpretation as dont know your cards or suits.

From a personal experinece point of view ~ I get odd or evens numbers together most of the time, say ~ 3's, 7's and 9's or Ace's (think of them as even somehow!) 2's..4's.. and so on.. This always surprises me and I try to look into the relevance and hidden message more..

6 wands *R - recent past
10 swords - recent future
6 pentacles *R - distant future

6 swords *R - hopes
2 pentacles *R - fears
Page cups *R - impression of the outside
10 cups - final card

Three is a very significant number here... three: 6's, 10's, swords, and wands.

Incidentally, I don't read reversed. When I did, I simply took reversed as hindrance or blockage between the querent in the card; as in the querent needed to concentrate more on achieving what the card suggested, or they weren't seeing it, or they were blinding themselves, or it was having trouble manifesting in their life in someway.

Thus, the 6's and 10's, when I would have read reversed, would have indicated the same thing I said but that there would be strife and conflict before they could come to pass (endings and new beginnings, and gifts etc.) which I think was more then shown in the events that happened. Even physically, people had to start cleaning the rubble and collecting information before they could regain hope and pride.

I'm just curious, why are you asking for our opinions on the reading? You said you had a good idea of what the spread meant, so why not tell us?
