I am making a totem bag for my sister, she has her driving test in 2 weeks, and she would like something to aid her and to keep her calm and thinking clearly.
I decided i'd make her a little pouch/bag to take with her, i will be putting crystals and herbs in to aid her in these ways, thing is i'm having a hard time find the right herbs to use.
Has anyone got any suggestions??
Also, what colours would be best to use for the actual bag, i just want the colours to correspond with the crystals and herbs.
Thanks

What a great sister you are! Sage is very clearing, as is Lavender. For a focused mind, perhaps some Gingko would come in handy. And maybe to help her have confidence in her abilities, some Solar Plexus boosters (yellow or orange are good for that) like Dandelion or Goldenrod for herbs (there are a ton more, but my mind is blanking!), Tigers Eye (with the orange-yellow flash) or Citrine for stones. Just throwing out the first things that come to mind here.
