May 28th brings the day that should have been my son Jaydens 3rd birthday. I lost him before birth, and haven't had any sort of real memorial ceremony or ritual for him. I am wanting to do something significant for the anniversary of his should be birthday, but am unable to find anything at all, about different sorts of rituals, that can be done.....

Can anyone tell me how to do one? or give me a website where I can find such rituals? I'm pretty new to all of this, so don't really know where to begin looking...

any help is much appreciated :)
thank you

Make a small shrine with things you remember him with. Any ultrasound pictures? Any keepsakes? Even writing his name down would be nice. You could arrange them around a white candle (or indeed, a candle of your own choice). Place perhaps a toy or a piece of cake. Spend some quiet time at the shrine.

Hope this helps.
