I'm sorry for bringing my issues with another person on the board and calling him a name. It won't be discussed further on a general forum. This post might get closed as well but I just wanted to say sorry, I reacted badly.

If it won't be discussed further then why start another thread about it?

Because I dont want to discuss what was said in the other post. I just wanted to say sorry for my actions.

Don't beat yourself up over it, we all make mistakes and we all need to vent once in a while.

All she is trying to do is apologise. She made a public statement, so she's apologised for it in public. Where's the harm in that?

Fearin, try not to worry about it, I'm sure many of us have had a dissagreement with someone on the boards at one time or another... you can't make everyone happy all of the time. :hugz:

...exactly my thoughts...no need to leave if this is what's prompting you! :hugz:

I suspected it might be about me and then I saw the closed thread. Grace is right, that was funny, but to be honest I'm unphased by it so I don't think any less of you for the outburst or anything... if the apology is even extended to me or what have you.

People make mistakes, many have aired the proverbial dirty laundry on the board. When you're distressed about something it's very easy to let it happen, so really, no big deal.

As for her making a public apology and continuing it... logically I think it's a way to balance out the public outburst with a public apology. I suspect she feels she did wrong by the whole community (presuming here, but that's the impression I get) so it's only natural that she would want to apologize in a public way (public being the key word to balance out the public outburst). I would have done the same in her shoes.

And for the record, Grace was right. I debate with everyone, but not passionately. It was nothing personal and I take away a lot of people's karma, so again... it's not personal and truthfully I have no hard feelings against you (though you're welcome to have some against me if you feel warranted, I'm fine with it).

Did I turn this into a suitable happy ending or was this post just further dirty laundry to make people puke? I'm hoping it was the former. :foh:

My last post:
I could not see what was posted before me because that person is on ignore. This post will most likely get me banned but that's ok because I've come to the conclusion that the only thing I get out of mystic wicks is too much time spent at my computer trying to defend myself from people who get off on making others uncomfortable and then claiming that I make no difference to them. Then why do they continue to spar with me and intentionally try to make me feel bad? I don't know.

It is not in my nature to try and anger people. It is not in my nature to be controversial. It is not in my nature to make people feel bad. It is not in my nature to allow myself to become a target of someone with such malice as Aidron. He tries hard to make people feel like shit and then laughs at them. My apology was not to him, it was for dragging others in my problems with other people. I felt I was being treated unjustly (and then accused of being childish because they thought it was about bad karma).

So again, I am leaving MW because I have no intention of spending many hours arguing with people. I appreciate all the wonderful support that has been given to me, and for those of you who hate me, I never meant to cause problems.

Goodbye.

what the hell was up with "i'm sorry" if you were going to point out yet again, he's on ignore etc and so forth.

Aidron isn't coming to you, Faerin. I'm sorry to say. From what you've shown here today, you continue to seek out the situation.

Can we get this locked please? No good apparently came of it, so let's close the wound and move on.

Faerin I think this all got a little bit out of control.
Some people are straight forward with thier views. I wont name names but there are quite a few people on MW like that. With most of them I hated them when I first met them, (BTW Aidron you are not one of the people I am mentioning, I just think that's waht you've been taken for)but then I came to understand that they aren't being vindictive or malicious they are simply stating how they feel ouright without censoring it. I dont think there's anything wrong with that, we just have to keep in mind that these people who are so straight foward (and they all openly admit that they are) are not personally attacking anyone. They are debating issues, it doesn't have to become personal.
I know it's hard to see that sometimes, especially when we passionately believe in what we are arguing about, but I think the people that state things so clearly are a breath of fresh air. No one really wants to offend people so we often tone down things that we say, Lady Trinity's thread about censorship and who are we protecting discusses this topic. Fair enough I dont know which thread you all are discussing but I saw it get heated yesterday in one of the abortion threads.
I hope that you do not leave Faerin, I hope that you do not let it bother you that much. So you disagree with someone........it's not that big of a deal.
