What's your favourite thing to do on your day off?

I was just wondering what everybody does on their days off. I like to go to my friend's cabin with my friends and live the rough life away from everything for a day at least. But On regular days off I like to sleep.

Every day for me, is a day off. Except for the housework:) So my ideal day, would actually be a day "On" anywhere! LOL

My favorite thing to do on my days off....well, they are few and far between so I'd have to go with not having to think about anything. Of course that's not an activity so i'll go with outdoor sports, usually tennis. Except in the winter (damned cold!!).

My fav thing to do Before the winter weather drives me in is Yard work. and then in the winter is indoor home improvement. weird huh.

Days off....I like to read, spend time with my son and studying wicca and spellcrafting, reading Tarot, Cleaning house ....you know....anything that's exciting or causes exciting changes in my life~! lol

Monday (the 15th) was an awesome day... it was a day my friend Jami and I both had off work. We even dubbed it National Jami and Bree Day. :) We went out to lunch, went and saw a friend at work, went to the bookstore (one of our favorite passtimes), went to Dairy Queen and got ice cream, watched old Buffy episodes, went and hung out with our new friends Jeramy, Phil and Travis, played basketball, watched movies, it was a total blast. :)

I suppose my favorite thing to do on my day off (when I don't have people to hang with) is watch old Buffy episodes and work on my Spike accent (yeah, I know, I'm obsessed.)

Sitting in my pajamas, watching cartoons and screwing around on the compy til 4pm, getting a shower, and then going out. Possibly getting dressed before then and wandering the park a while.
Or if it's warm, going swimming and then taking a nap in the sun.

Days off? Well, the only "days off" (like this one) are when I'm ill, so I don't know if that technically counts? ;) On these days I usually play on my computer, watch TV (oh, the humanity of day time television!) and SLEEEEEEEEEEPP :zzz: :zzz:

On my days off when I dont have class or work managing a bar....I like to go to other bars and harass other bartenders. Okay I dont really harass them but it is nice to go and have a jack and coke and not be the one running to get it.

Doing home-schooling is kinda a pain in the butt cuz my friends at the high school get all these days off when I have to continue doing work! :wah: But when I do get off, it's all sleep and talking to friends on the phone or the net. :cool: Maybe going out to the movies or something (when I have the cash).
As much as everyone likes to think so, home schooling isn't all fun and games.

I have every day off so to speak, I don't work. What I enjoy the most during my day is reading, drinking tea, surfing the net, working on my BoS, maintaining my websites, playing with our puppy, cats and rats, the list goes on, :).
