I want one badly, but at the moment can't justify the expense...sigh...someday!

Jenne, you might be surprised at how affordable they can be if you frequent thrift stores and antique stores. If I can figure our where my cord went, I'll upload a pic of one of mine... cost me $5-$10. They usually are missing the lids, and despretely need to be cleaned, but cleaning it is a wonderful first step to charging it anyway (and putting it in a fire until it is red-hot both cleans and charges well... just have to then clean the soot off.)
