Goddess, I am trying to understand why some people choose to be cruel. Especially the ones who call themselves Pagan. Especially in times like these...times of uncertainty, war and terror. It is making me weary... all the nasty comments, accusations, insults, judgements and insinuations. The self-righteous attitudes and snide remarks. The snickering and laughter over the questions asked by those who are seeking knowledge. What makes them think that they are better than everyone else...or that their view is the right one...or that their path is the only way? Is it power they think they have over others? Is it insecurity? Is it ignorance? Is it simply a lack of respect for others? Or do they simply not know another way to communicate. Goddess help me understand if not simply ignore such individuals!
