I've got a question. Was the group Mainor brought together illegal? Like, did he get papers and everything, or did he just pretend he had them?

I think the real crime here is that photo. Somebody should have called the police ages ago if he looked that deranged. :eyebrow:

This is the reason.

got a phone call telling her that he is still in fact wanted in the state of GA for theft and jumping probation

Basically they realized that something wasn't right with him. He was so secretive that they knew eventually that he was up to no good. So they did some reasearch and found out why he was lying. Cause he was wanted in GA. Also he lied to them and said stuff he collected for charity was going to charity but he really just lied so he could have their canned goods and clothing. So they were angry with the fact that he started up a coven just to get things from people. So once they found out he was wanted in Georgia they got him sent there.

How is that fishy?

Its truly heart braking knowing that there are people out there that would take advantage of people in this type of manner, it truly saddens me.

I feel the same way, how awful.

Unfortunately there are a lot of nasty, manipulative people out there, and because many folks on pagan paths tend to espouse a "random acts of kindness" sort of philosphy, they are prone to being taken in by this kind of a user. Sexual exploitation and manipulation is also not uncommon.
