i've said this in another post and apparently it has been mentioned several times on the forum... but..... i find the automatic machine gun smiley really disturbing. The MW Forum is to me a safe place... but a representation of a violent act of death and destruction seems to me to be out of place here... especially as a happy joke. Every time i see it used, i cringe and sometimes i simply click out of the Forum because it *is* so violent and upsetting.

Can someone tell me how to set up a poll to see whether other people find it disturbing?

Some may think this is rediculous and boringly politically correct.... but i'm not pretending... and i'm truly not trying to enforce my views on others... but this violent smiley is representative of something truly awful. Would we want to have a cute smiley of a plane crashing into the WTC? To me, it triggers the same sense of wrongness... something i need to steel myself against... something to protect myself from so that it's true horror doesn't twist me and warp me.

Please... can anyone help me with this??
