Ok I want stones on me for Psychic abilities ( mainly telepathy, clairvoyance & my intuition) but also to calm emotions, stress & curb my negativity. My kids are tearing me up lately, I'm so sad their growing up and I'm having to retire baby stuff since we aren't having anymore kids. Along with the terrible twos doing a doozie on my nerves.
What I chose of my collection are my herkimer diamond pendant, and a tumbled moonstone, selenite & amethyst I could carry on me.
I also have a bracelet that has a decent sized amethyst, black onyx & rose quarts on it along with a small soladite, peridot, aquamarine, moonstone & garnet.
And I have a necklace that has several amethyst, moonstone, garnet & rose quartz on it.

I have been studying stones and their uses for quite some time now. I will just give you the magical affects of the stones, which should enable you to make the decision of whether these stones do work well together.
Rose Quartz: It is a soothing, calming stone. It is powerful in times of stress. Aids in helping the wearer to slow down and take it easy.
Moonstone: It is thought to have a reflective, calming energy. It aids with intuition and psychic perception. Useful in bringing back balance and harmony.
Soladite: Sodalite helps with rational thinking and forming logical conclusions. It aids in reducing confusion and has a calming and stabilizing affect.
Black onyx: This stone helps with the grounding of negativity. It aids in focusing and the banishing of grief and old habits. It helps with protection and encourages happiness and good fortune.
Amethyst: This is a stone of psychic power. It is cool and relaxing. It helps promote meditation, peace, tranquility and oneness with your spiritual goals. It helps attune with the higher self, dispels fears, heightens intuition and helps to embrace your own intuitive wisdom.
Herkimer: It helps with tranquility, emotional clarity, and perception. It releases physical stress and tension, aids in past life memory, clairvoyance, and dream work.
Selenite: Selenite can calm a confused mind.
Peridot: It clears the heart, and brings a sense of peace and quiet amusement.
Aquamarine: It helps with compassion, and tolerance. It aids in communication both with others and with yourself.
Garnet: Draws out negativity. Garnet is a stone of vital power and energy, and lends to vitality and strength.
I think all of the stones you have listed will aid you in what you are looking for. And it sounds as if most of them will work nicely with each other.
Hope this helps.

I know what each of these stones are for I have books on them. I've been studying them for a good while also. I was asking for opinions kinda like how Czech can usually say if he thinks anything will contradict or any adverse sideffects to certain stones or combos.

". . . which should enable you to make the decision of whether these stones do work well together."
I only listed the stones and uses because I was hoping that you could see for yourself that these stones will probably work well together. I do not see why you wouldn’t be able to use these particular stones together. I guess I hadn’t made myself clear enough. I will now.
If you cleanse and charge your stones properly (with good intent for all of them), they should work well together and aid you with your issues. If you charge some stones with negative intent and some with positive, it should go without saying, that some problems may arise, especially if you are containing them all in the same container.
So, depending on your intent and what you are choosing to use your stones for, that will determine whether the stones work well together, as far as I’m concerned. Stones produce natural energy, that when directed can produce conscious/subconscious effects concerning your body, mind and spirituality if you choose. If after you have the stone on your person and it just doesn’t feel right, remove it. It shouldn't hurt anything because many of the stones you have listed have similar qualities. You can definitely be worried about stones not working together, but I find it useless to worry about such things. I use stones as reminders for my brain, they aid me in remembering what my intent was, to remain calm, to help others etc. . . For clairvoyence I would not use a stone myself. I would go with herbs. For intuition I would meditate. For calmness and to remain grounded, I would just carry the Hematite that I always carry. To combat negativity, I sheild and center myself. My intent is always good, and the stones that I use work well together no matter what they are. Maybe it's all in the way you look at it.
Because you didn't indicate whether you were using this for chakra work, I left the following out. So, here goes, if you are working specifically on charka work, then you should be careful with Peridot, because it acts to seal the aura. It should be removed when working with charkas other than the heart and solar plexus.
I hope this helps you.

A guy who was into magick once told me, that the key to developing your psychic abilities is NOT to concentrate on them solely, but to ensure that all energy centres of the body are healthy and balanced. When they are balanced, then if it is in your karma to have psychic abilities, they will be developed at a rate that is suitable for you.
When I first started out, I got a buncha stones at represent each energy centre of the body.
Hematite - base
Carnelian - sacral
critrine - solar plexus
rose quartz/aventurine - heart
blue lace agate - throat
sodalite - third eye
amethyst - crown
I charged each with the intent to heal, balance and energize each major chakra of the body. Then lay them out on each energy centre. It helps you heal and maintain balance while you progress along your spiritual path. However, to my understanding, different people have different layouts, so some people might not agree with this.
But seriously, if you really want to develop your psychic abilities, the best way I think is to study some form of formal meditation. My own abilities were only very slight until I took up meditation and a spiritual path to develop the body's energy centres and energy field. The tibetans believed that raising the kundalini was essential in the development not only of psychic abilities, but also for the ascension of the whole person.
The kundalini is often described as a coiled serpant a the base of our spines, the base chakra. When it rises to the crown chakra, it not only allows the person to do amazing things, but also generates a lot of heat.
It is however, very very hard to raise the kundalini to the crown, and only few people have ever experienced it. Fortunately, one does not have to achieve that state to see one's intuition grow. Merely by being on the road to raising it already allows one to experience growth in one's abilities.

Thanks, yes I do know how to balance my chakras, I've done it before. I do meditate but not regularly and am making more of an effort each day to get time away from the kids to do so. I've heard of the kundalini. :kooky:

So, maybe I've lost something in this thread. I know what each of these stones are for I have books on them.
You already know what the stones are for. Right?

What are you asking specifically that hasn't been covered already? You have all the information that I have, and you're still questioning yourself. Magical intent is about personal self-confidence. And knowing that what you are doing is going to help. If you aren't confident with your magical use and intent, then your spells and usage of stones isn't going to work. You have all of the ability in yourself that will enable you to know if stones are working together or not. You should with your intuition be able to feel the energy of a stone working, hindering, or doing nothing at all.
We have both answered the question that you posted. You're obviously looking for something else here, something a bit more specific. I apologize for having interjected my previous comments on this thread and will make sure to be very careful when giving advice to other posters on this site.
Thank you!! You have taught me a valuable lesson. There is sometimes a question underneath what has really been printed, and I don't want to read into the hidden meanings of other's thoughts or posts. Good luck on your problems at home. I will send uplifting thoughts your way.

I am also a mother of two small ones who let go of a body like a brick s*%thouse for the sake of nourishing babies properly so I can definitely relate to you in this manner. As for stones- when reading your post the first thing that came to mind is Blue Lace Agate. For me it is very calming and helps me take my negativity and see positive aspects so I can move through the stress of the moment(or entire day). Sometimes I carry it, sometimes I just hold it and let my mind wander while take in all the lacy patterns, and sometimes I actually meditate with it. It is not an expensive stone and if you are interested it is easily attainable. Good luck. Stay positive.

:hehehe: "brick s*%thouse " oh yeah you named it, me too. God I want my body back. I have blue lace agate on my next order list to get from bestcrystals.com that's the best place I've found to get stones, no local places. But I have a pile of other tumbleds I can try in place till then. White howlite does good for me to calm me down. Thanks :)

try letting go of your herkimer diamond.
sounds strange at first, but think that it is a double ender quartz, and may - especially in your case - just add to trouble.
I have strong feeling that selenite would be a good help for you, to cover many of the problems you wanted to have solved.
additionally, use desert rose for strengthening telepatic capabilities which is another selenite form

I'm not qutie as stone oriented as everyone else, but I absolutely love anything with Amethyst in it. I'm naturally drawn to that stone; that said, i really like the sound of that bracelet. Good luck with those kids!
