Amulets and Charms

I was just wondering.....

I purchased a necklace pendant for someone special....the question is how to infuse it so that when that someone is wearing it....that they feel my feelings for them?...or something to that effect. Is that possible?? I'm sure it is....but I haven't really worked with talismans and amulets. ;)

Just hold the necklace between your hands and PUSH as much of your energies and feelings into it as you possibly can. You can feel when it stops to overlfow.

While you are pushing your energy into it...you may wish to think about the person..and let all of your emotions for the person, well up inside, as well. That way it would be specific to your "energy" with that person...if that makes sense.

Also..you might try to sleep with it under your pillow for about a week, or wear it close to your breast, for about a week, before giving it to the person...So that it retains your essence;)

Oops...sorry mairwen..just glanced up and saw that you didn't only say energy..but "feelings"..didn't mean to step on your toes there:) eager beavers aren't always good beavers..i guess.

Oh good! I was doing that anyways! So I guess my intuition knew what needed to be done! :D Love it when things come together like that! :D

I didn't wear it....or sleep with it....but I did carry it with me for about a week. And held it often thinking of him and "pushing" my feelings into it. :D

Also you can use the physical to create a bond to yourself with it that he could use to feel you. Perhaps gluing a tiny bit of your hair to the back of it, or putting a drop of your blood on it, or whatever you feel most comfortable doing.

Of course, the talisman probably won't do much if he doesn't want to know what you're feeling, at least not without adding a spell or two. Probably not likely that he'd be like that mind you, but just thought I'd bring it up anyway in case someone else considers it in the future and finds this thread.

I like to give things like that a cleansing first before putting any kind of energy work to it. Never know who handled it before you. :D

Thanks! I make it a point to clease anything I'm giving to someone. I feel if I don't, it's worse than giving them a dirty dish to eat off! :p Thanks for the Heads-up though~ :sunny:

Yeah, good point about cleansing first. Though I do it out of habbit anyway, which is probably why it slipped my mind to even mention it. To me, it's just automatic. My reasoning though is usually because pieces of the Earth aren't often happy with the way that they've been ripped out of their natural place. And even if they've been made into something that we consider pretty, the appearance might not appeal to them. So with anything, there can and often is at least some small resentment towards humanity for what was done to them. So I always give important items healing and cleansing until I feel that they've come to terms with it and are ready to just go back to being happy with what they are, whatever form it may now be. After all, anything is better than nothing. :) It usually works. Sometimes you can get a stubborn one though. Heh heh. ;)

Hey, if he doesn't want to wear it, you can send it to me, with or without being charged, or cleansed, etc...
