Yesterday, I was reading on dragons, and the author is attuned to them, so she had a pretty good section on them. I didn't research them all in detail, but I had a dream where I was a part of a dragon. It was strange. A few other people and I had to hold each other to form a rhombus-like shape, which somehow turned into a dragon. The dragon was black, and I was the one who supplied the fire of the mouth, and I was also the right wing. I didn't get the best look at it since I was a part of it, and there were no reflective surfaces. I'm not sure if this has any real significance or if this just turned up in my dream because of what I read.

well I dream of Dragons all the time (no rombus like shapes though or combining anything) allthough its always blurred, and I dont understand it, so, yeah im also wandering what dragons refer to when you dream about them.

This is the first time I've ever had a dragon in a dream, so it's a bit weird for me.

Hi Aranea. The book may have inspired your dream, but dream symbolism often speaks to us of aspects of ourselves. Sounds like the part of you that is dragon is roaring to be recognized and heard!

Fire is the symbol associated with dragons:

Dream Symbols - Fire (http://www.bellaonline.com/articles/art3068.asp)

Wings mean flight, independence and journeys to other worlds.

I used to post a lot here but there just isn't time these days. My editor position at Bella is volunteer and keeps me very busy, but I love it. Mol knows I write there, and I'm posting my articles here like I would any other information that I'd find. Seems Flar is always in the hospital these days and I can't be two places at once, :vanish: so please visit me at Bella from time to time!
Anyway, hope that helps.
