Has anyone heard of, attended, or know anything about this school? I am wanting to attend it but wanted to know if anyone had any info about it first. I want to take a few of the courses; intuitive practitioner, iridology and a few others. So anybody?

Thanks :)

you can get just as much training here with these dvd sets as that course. for 2000
or if you are willing to spend a few dolars for books and study by praticing on some friends
the history of reiki you can get in the spirit of reiki
the reiki attunement you can get off attunement share or ebay for cheap
the chakra system you can get with a good chakra book by andrea, or hands of light book and light emerging.
reiki princples you can get from the spirit of reiki book as well or reiki sourcebook,
pratical application is just simply putting your hands over a person and letting the energy flow, i don't use hands positions myself prefering to go by inuitive based on the client request for healing.
the symbols you can get from essential reiki , and the ultiamte reiki book by steve murray.
an emotional clearing tecquie is to grown,, bring in the light and use the emotional symbol on you.
inuitive training is simply applying what you studied about the chakras and use of reiki symbols and putting them over the person. a good book on therpetutic touch will help you learn about scanning.
basically you can get most everything but the antomy and the business by
getting attuned
studying hands of light, light emerging, two chakras books (there is one 300 page one i use)
spirit of reiki, essential reiki and ultiamte reiki by steve murray.
200 bucks for books, and free attunements or cheap attunements.
(cheap attuenments doesnt' reflect the attunement itself on you,, it just relfects that you have no hands on training so you have to study on your own).

Thank you both for your replies.
Holmes: The thing about what you are saying is I will not gain all the other things, such as iridology. I also plan on taking aromatherapy. I am not interested at all in the reiki aspect of the school, I have my reiki one and I have found I am not so interested in reiki. But I must say, you have given me something to think about. The universe basiclly through this school at me so I figured there must be something to gain from going, but I still want some people opinions. :) Also thanks for the site, it's interesting!!

for a another healing school,
yes there is one thing about schools is one can't pick up science of iradology from books,
and the question to ask yourself is if you are going to go pro
diploma look nice on the wall.
the thing is,, it takes money to make money in other words it takes money to get trained.
and so my way is great for those for who dont' have the money.
when i was younger i spent all my time looking for schools of alternative healing,
then as i grew older i put into more realistic pratical thoughts.
5,000 dollars for 2 years of schooling at say massage or shaistu
that doesn't include food, textbooks, transportation there and back, rent if you have to move for the training itself.
(the barbaran ann school requires 18 visits with a mental health counselor a year for the four years you go to the school to get her certification that is another huge expense).
that is a major reason why I showed you the alternative ways to study and learn,, for looking at your inutive training program,,
one can get most of those from books, tapes.
and while they can teach you to be inutative in the sense that you are learning how to open up to the creator by a teacher rather then a book.
if you for example can move to where ever that school is,
know that there are correspondance courses , for tarot, for remote viewing, for herbal healing, pretty sure there must be one for armoatherphy.
whatever you decide , let the creator bless you on your way so training funds, and your path as a healer flows easily.
edited to add
i seen there are some correspondance options on that canadian healing school and there are others on the web as well that may be cheaper in case funds become an issue :)
i recently ordered a 800 dollar astrology correspondance course but now that i have it,, i been protcrasting.

lol about your $800 correspondence course! Maybe you should get on that? ;) I have chosen to do it in-class, just for the experience of it. The expense of it is a little worrying, but my dad legally has to pay for my schooling, so I'm not too concerned! lol. I'm thinking I may not take some of the courses I was planning on, just because there is no need to pay so much for things that I can do on my own. My only problem with the Intuitive Practitioner course is that I can already do a lot of what they teach for it, but there were a few things that interested me. *sigh* decisions, decisions!

I'm also looking into schooling. I'm curently a pre-med/Biology major at a main stream school and am having a horrendous time trying to find out how I can get into holistic medicine/healing as a career. I just can't seem to find any where I am where I can get hands on instruction. I have seen this school in Canada and it seems prettty cool, though right now it's not possible for me. Another approach you might want to try is an internship. I'm meeting a local healer in my town and plan on picking his brain on the topic!!
I agree that most info you can get in a book but, if like me, you plan on taking it on as a career, you need a degree behind you and only an acredited college or school can do that for you!
And if worst comes to worst, you never lose anything from any sort of education. So if your worried about it credibility, I would just think that either way, your gaining something (even if your purse gets thinner)!
