Calling to Egyptian pantheon? help!

Okay, so I posted a few weeks ago about a dream I had with "Isis" who was actually a cat in ancient Egyptian women's (looked like noble or royalty) clothing and she asked me what I wanted to do, and I said I want to meet Ra. (I don't know why I called her Isis, I just "felt" thats who she was even tho she looked more like Bast)

Well since then I've had this uncontrollable urge to read, watch, study everything ancient Egyptian and the Egyptian pantheon. Could this be a calling? I don't know!! :awilly: :awilly:

That sounds like it might be. I suggest you follow this passion and see where it may lead, as Redshire suggested. The Egyptian pantheon is extremely interesting, and I'm sure you'll enjoy learning about it. Pleasant journey!

Oh yes, they can be really persistent when they want your attention! ;)

It is also a dream that started it all for me, actually. I have had a passion for ancient Egypt for more then 15 years, but it is after one particularly striking dream that I began to see that there was more to it than wonderful art and majestic monuments.

i've been drawn to classical history, took latin for 3 years and i LOVED the mythology and the culture, particularly Roman. I've always thought of Egypt as exotic too and I dabbled in Egyptian history in the past. I absolutely love ancient history-mythology & culture. thanks for all of yalls input. i really appreciate it!! :)
