Ick...i have hives...i don't know what's causing them...and unsure what to do about them besides taking antihistamines like my doctor told me...they get better, then worse, then better, then worse.....
anyone have any idea how to stop them??? or wht can cause them??? i am not allergic to anything that i know of...and i am not stresed....

You've either brushed up against something that you're allergic to or you've eaten something. What did you eat in the last 4 hours before the outbreak? You'r doctor doesn't know what's causing them?
Try calomine lotion. You can get get calomine lotion with antihistamine. Or try a bath with an oatmeal sponge. Take a cup of oatmeal - not the instant kind - put that in an old clean nylon sock. Use that in the bath & sponge the liquid over the affected areas. The oatmeal is very soothing as well it will help to draw out the toxins.

Siren - consider everything you've been in contact with since this started - your dryer sheets, laundry soap, body soaps and lotions, makeups, perfumes, clothing, jewelry, any foods, drinks, heck even things like a new brush, shampoo, conditioner, nail polish, purse, etc. I get hives from wool, and one baby I know gets hives from dryer sheets.

My son got hives a couple of years ago.It ended up being yellow watermelon.We have red and yellow around here.We wanted to try it so we did!!He will never eat it again!!!
