I'm confused if this thread is still open, or still closed, or was closed and now reopened?! Anyway, it can't hurt to put in a request, I suppose, and if you can't do a reading for me, I will definitely understand. So, here is my info:

Requesting Reading -- Need Help with Medical Insurance Hearing Appeal I cannot believe how lousy this month has been thus far, and finding out that I LOST my initial appeal (on June 1st) today -- it's just too much! I am lost and need direction. Especially for my next appeal on the same issue. (And an older one that I won, but never saw any EVIDENCE of winning!) The "Finding of Facts" in the legal paperwork is full of fallacies, so I was denied on the basis of a pack of lies! I also just found out that I have to provide MORE paperwork on getting refills of my ulcer medication -- the precise info that I already gave the insurance company exactly one year ago! It seems that everything is either falling apart, or about to fall apart, or in need of paperwork not to fall apart, or ... It seems that ugly karma is chasing me, and CATCHING me! It's not just the medical stuff, either. It's spilling over into every area of my life, and is threatening to ruin my birthday this year. How do I change this nasty pattern?? HELP?!

Thank you SO MUCH, Mar! This makes a LOT of sense to me, and helps me to see that I need to approach my primary physician (Dr. Addison, who is an osteopath) for HER help, which I haven't done before! (I had asked my psychiatrist, who is male, and he completely failed me in this last hearing; he didn't even write a letter or affidavit, which he was asked to do!) Getting Dr. Addison's help may be the key right there!

The "Finding of Facts" in this last hearing, as written in the paperwork, was nothing BUT a pack of lies! The first sentence had a modicum of truth, but every word after that, in all four paragraphs, was FALSE! I had to wonder if we had even been at the SAME HEARING?! It was ridiculous.

Right now, I feel buried in paperwork from several different things -- one of the biggest is this hearing! I am also in he middle of suing my former neurosurgeon for rendering me disabled (and I'm not alone!), and there is always SOME kind of legal or similar problem cropping up. I swear; sometimes I never get a chance to breathe before the next wave hits! It's good to know that this chaos will eventually slow down to a dull roar! (That would be SO nice!!)

Marriage, huh?! My second husband died in 1991, and I thought I would NEVER marry again. Ever! But, there is someone ... Who knows, right?! I'll keep an open mind! :uhhuhuh:
