I know alot of people have to have had spells get interupted at one point or another. I had that happen tonight. By a falling star.

Just as I was basically giving shape to my spell I saw a falling star. So I made a wish, not thinking about what I was already in the process of doing. However my wish is something I wouldn't feel ethical about using magick for. I went ahead and finished my spell and wrapped up.

Then I started thinking and for like 5 minutes I was worried that perhaps my wish and spell might get intertwined. Then I decided to just take the falling star as a good omen and trust the Dieties to know my wish from my spell and to fulfill or deny them regardless.

However, I do wonder if the next time I'm interupted in a spell I shall be so blessed and so I wanted ask if a spell gets interupted in a less divine manner do you all continue the spell once your mind is back on your task, or drop it, or banish it or what?

Get your concentration back and power built up again and continue with the spell.

JMO and YMMV,

I find, if my spell casting gets interrupted, it's interrupted for a reason. So, I'll banish it and possibly pick it up again later. (If that time it gets interrupted, I know im not supposed to cast)

It really depends on what you get interrupted for. If my so interrupted my concentration to babble about a stupid TV show, I'd get mad. o_O
