OK guys-this is getting ridiculous. I keep having a wolf in my dreams, over and over. In yesterday's dream I got jumped from the wolf from behind, onto my shoulders, but I was able to hold its jaws shut, like the lion in the "Strength" tarot card. Also, I dreamt I was in a city with lots of 2 or 3 story brick buildings, and a group of friends, some now estranged, drove by me wearing bridal veils (yup, the men too) wagging their bouquets at me and laughing, like they were trying to taunt me or something, but their taunting did'nt bother me in the least.....any thoughts on either scenario??

it could possibly be that your totem animal is a wolf and this is why it keeps coming up in dreams or it could be that someone you are having dealings with are showing the traits of a wolf and you need to be strong in dealing with them.. both the dreams seem to me, to be telling you to trust your strength no matter how overwhelming things may seem because you will triumph.. i think it may also be telling you that no matter what anyone else thinks do what you feel is best which at times requires you to rely on your inner strength but in the end you will be fine and come out on top

Native Americans believe that the animal will keep showing up until you've dealt with the message! What does wolf symbolize to you? The dreamer is the only true interpreter of the dream.

The wolf dream sounds like a trouble dream to me. Is there something that you're putting off that needs to be dealt with? I have tornado dreams whenever I procrastinate on something important. Not sure about the other.

That's a great insight, especially since the wolves were taunting her. Do you associate wolf with trouble? For me, wolves are my totem and whenever they appear, I am sure that I am protected and strong and that new wisdom will be revealed.

Wolves can be threatening or frightening, but they can also symbolize our instinctive nature and serve as protective guides as we walk through the woods. The wolf is also the hunter and can represent community due to the fact that they thrive in packs. Packs have a pecking order, so they can also represent family or the workplace. The meaning of the wolf to the dreamer is most important to consider.
