Are a member of any national (or global) Pagan organization. For example, the Pagan Federation, Covenant of the Goddess, Reclaiming, etc.

If you are, why? What made you choose that organization? What's your experience been like with it? What have been the pros and cons?

If you're not, why not? What might compel you to join a national organization?

I am a member of The Troth, a national heathen organization; past research chairman of the Oklahoma Psychic Education & Research Association; co-founder & member of the Society of Soothsayers, Seers & Sages, an international testing & credentialing organization for readers.

I think state, national & international organizations bring a certain sense of, well, legitimacy, for lack of a better word. Or maybe professionalism...

I was a member of the pagan fed, I joined really to become an active member and also so I was counted (i.e. they can say they have so many members and it seems more united type of thing)

I left because I found the 3 principles for membership weren't what I believe (I actually didn't agree with them when I joined but lied) and it wasnt really representing my spirituality
