Hello Everyone! Before I vent, what great colors! Lavender and Purples my favorite! Looks great!

Back to venting, it is nothing major. For the past year I have been trying to get my candle/soap business off the ground.

I heard alot of talk on soap/candle forums about Dollar Stores being a great place to pick up odds and ends such as loofahs, baskets and jars, I found a place called the Dollarwarehouse.com. I found the wire bale jars (fruit jars) for bath salts. They were listed as .65 a piece, miniumum 48 pieces, but at the bottom of the website, it said "Kole miniumum: $500." So I sent "Dollarwarehouse.com" an email asking if there was a minimum and always end my emails with "Thank you kindly." I was upset to come to the office this morning to get the rude email response below. If any of my MysticWicks friends have their own business, is this anyway to conduct business? See below:

I assume you are a smart person, but obviously not. The minimum means that
you have to buy that dollar amount.

Ah, I feel better. Maybe I should have had my coffee first before opening my emails for the day!

I would Mass foward that email to EVERYONE you know. And start a boycott of the company. They are highly rude to their customers and if more ppl know that, then they are less likely give their business to them. Sooner or later they will change their customer service policies.

How rude! I agree with boycotting them!

Well, I sent to info@dollarwarehouse.com the attached email from that vegasmtnbiker and responded as follows:

I'd rather not conduct business with such crass, unprofessional people. Obviously, it reflects your companies "poor business ethics."

Thanks everyone for listening, I think am getting over it. he he he.

I agree, copy the offending email into every single pagan and non pagan forum that you may be a part of, and get the word out that these people are jerks!

How disgraceful!! I have also had the displeasure of dealing with people who conduct themselves in such and unprofessional and rude manner. One person actually kept harrasing me via email....I had to threaten to report them to the better business bureau to get the emails to stop! I also fowarded the nasty emails to everyone I know! I would agree to definitely let people know about this. I for one will send this company you mentioned an email to let them know that I will not do business with them!
