Sorry if this is in the wrong place, I dont mind if it is moved if need be.

Im looking for basic symbol meanings. Like circle, square, triangle, ect...
If any one can point out a book, or website I would greatly appericate it.

You'll have to be a bit more specific, you want basic symbols as they relate to magick, runes, or something else?

Yes, you will need to be more specific. For example: A yellow square is the elemental tattwa for Earth, a triangle is used in each alchemical glyph for Air, Earth, Fire and Water and a blue circle is the elemental tattwa for Air.

Try runes, they're used for divination a lot but have other meanings as well

Try circle of teaching, different paths use symbology in different ways, I know wiccans mostly use a circle for ritual, you should try there first.

Carl Jung and Joseph Campbell have books regarding symbolism. Haven't read them, but have read about them. High magic books such as Qabalah and Golden Dawn have symbols related to forces. In the tree of life, geburah, the 5th sephiroth, mars, is associated with the pentagon, (our military headquarters is the pentagon) The 4th sephiroth, Chesed, mercy, Jupiter, is associated with the pyramid, and the equal armed cross. Tiphareth, the 6th, beauty, the truncated pyramid and the cube. etc.
