I know what certain select members are already thinking and typing, so I'll be brief:

Is there a religious order that worships Mercury (who, if I remember correctly, was the godly messenger of all the Greek dieties)? If there are many sects/orders, are there any Mercurian Druidic orders?

I'll tell you guys why I'm asking later. I'm actually making a serious request, and making people laugh at my reason for asking would be counterproductive.

And you will at least chuckle, trust me.

Does this include "Hermes" as Mercury??
or must it refer singly and uniquely to Mercury ..........

Swannie Personally, I've always liked the name "Mercury" better than "Hermes," but if they're one and the same in this case then I will consider them interchangable.

I'm taking a semester off so I can build up some extra money for tuition. To suppliment the work I've been doing lately, I started delivering pizzas last week.

I was curious if there was an actual order that worshiped him. It would seem that this might well not be the case; it seemed that it would be rather fitting to seek out Mercury for a little protection.

Besides, I'd never heard of anybody call themselves a "Mercurian Druid" before.

Daniel, Perhaps you can look up some informaton on ancient Celtic observances, I'm not sure if they had a priest of Woden (Mercury) or not, but it might be worth your time to find out.

Hermes is the Greek god, Mercury is the Roman version.

So if its Greek ye seek, then seek ye Hermes.
