I'm reading so much about this topic recently. If this order isn't reversed, I'm going to be so heartbroken. If the parents lose their son to this bs, I'm going to... I don't know. What can I do, anyways? This is so horrible. I almost feel like crying, and I might if this gets any worse. :foh:

I think this is appalling, if this couple had never gotten divorced no one would know what religion they were raising their child in (unless they chose to share it) and all would be happy. What right did the judge have to stick in the clause stating that the child could not be raised in the religion of both his parents? IMO, NONE. It was done out of ignorance.:thumbsdow

This story appeared in the Indianapolis Star last week. This piece of legal nonsense is getting zero public support. The judge in question isn't talking, his office is saying "no comment" but everyone here expects the ruling to be overturned. A "slam dunk" is how one legal expert described it. The ruling is so blatantly unconstitutional and so widely publicized that a lot of people are embarrassed. I wouldn't be surprised if the judge resigns. He probably won't but his professional stature has taken a heavy hit.

If this is going to be overturned for this case, it will have to be done quickly, because the Bush regime is stacking the courts with other judges just like this one.
