*laughs* We'll just pretend it's week seven anyway.

I was going to talk about some of the more challenging poses for this last "week" (probably more like two) of class. But first I'd like to know if people have any more questions, etc.

So if you do...post them here. (everyone who's still around, anyway ;) )

nope no questions here just trying to put all the poses together and work on them more regularly.

So what did you like about the class? Dislike? (besides that horrid large gap between lessons toward the middle *sighs* I'm sorry for that)

Tell me a little about what you felt like you learned.

I have learned several things from this class... besides the positions and the sun salutation that is. I have learned that my body likes to stretch... *smiles* That if I am feeling stressed... the downward facing dog or the standing forward bend relaxes me. Perhaps its the movement or the fact that the blood is rushing to my head ;) ... but my family has gotten used to me getting into such postions in the middle of family "talks" :) I have also learned that Yoga is a lot harder then it looks... and that I am interested enough in it that I am going to try and get into a class this summer... I would love to find a place where my 8 yr old, 15 yr old and I can take a class all together.

Thanks for teaching this class WIG... *hugs*

I felt that even with the gaps in between the lessons the class was great, And do not worry about it you cannot help that you had some unexcpeted things arise with your family WIG.

As for what I learnt well I can do it, and I feel great. And i learned some poses I did not think I could do to. And I even saw small amount of progress to so I am happy.

Actually the gaps were helpful for me, it gave me a chance to get caught up. I guess the thing that surprised me most was how energizing yoga is.
