I was inspired to make this after I realized I'm a beer snob, heh.
What do you drink on those hot summer days?

Personally I'd have to go with beer first.
Personally I'd have to go with a Guinness, you just can't go wrong there.
Or....Mackison's, Bass, Monty Python's Holy Ale (hehehe), and....hmmm....I can't remember the name of it but it was a Brazilian beer.

Beer - preferably Canadian. Or, if possible, a homemade alcoholic slushy. Combine lemonade (or any other juice), ice cubes, vodka and blend to slush.

Oh, and I totally disagree about not being able to go wrong with Guiness.....it's just plain wrong. :)

Yeah, on hot days the last thing I'd want would be alcohol, that's dehydrating! :)
I'd go for cold spring water or lemonade.

I drink Hot Coffee year-round. I never could get into Iced Coffee, and Iced Tea just is nasty to me. Other than that, I drink Diet Coke, as usual too.

Alcohol dehydrates the body, so I do not drink it on hot summer days like the one in question. I, however, like to drink hot (go figure) Chamimole (sp?) Tea.

I typically enjoy a dark chocolatey stout, or a porter, but in the summer ... on a hot day? I go for a lighter ale. The Blue Heron from Bridgeport Brewing Company is super, and the Free-Range Red from Laurelwood is awesome any day of the year!

i drink mostly diet coke, but some times i eat popcicles as long as they are sugar free, and i also drink a ice tea that i make my self (mixture of cafinated black tea and decaf mint tea) its relaxing and flavorful and my boyfreind cant get enough of it. on occasion i will dring a poweraide but it has alot of sugar in it so i dont do it often.

All seasons, I imbibe lots and lots of water. In the winter, I tend to have teas when I want to warm up. Summer is the only season in which I drink soda. I only drink a diet soda when I'm sitting out in the hot sun and reading a book. There's something really refreshing about it.

Lots and Lots of Iced Coffee. Of course I do that in the winter. I once went out to Dunkin Donuts during a blizzard with 3 feet of snow on the ground for my iced coffee.
