NAmaste everyone.

Imagine you could become a stone.

What stone would you choose to become.

Why ?

Right now, I would love to be a nice chunk of calcite. Probably either green or pink.

Edited to add why: Because I love how it cleanses and attracts good energies.

Rose Quartz.

I love how calm it makes me feel whenever I feel stressed out. It always brings balance back when I'm feeling out of whack. Which is practically all the time

I would love to be a peridot. I love the colour which for me represents earth and love for earth. I also love that it somehow feels strong and protective but friendly at the same time.

Definitely rose quartz. For love and comfort and a feeling of security.

I would be obsidian, perhaps. Not sure why...I just feel that I would.

On the other hand, I wouldn't mind being fluorite. I've read on its being the 'genius stone', and it seems pretty useful for introspection and the like, something which I enjoy.

I would be black opal, due to its many glittering colors and when you turn it around it is creamy brown, deep and complex as I am, plus it helps with empathy and psychic awareness

FlyingBear

Amber.. the blood of trees. It feels like it has a heartbeat. :floating:

Karma Chameleon

I'd be platinum because it never tarnishes and it's very rare.

Dusk

alexandrite (my birthstone)

They way it changes color reminds me of my dual nature.

Opal, because it can be firey just like me.

Labradorite.

Because it has amazing depth in its changing many hued colors.

It's like your own pocket aurora. eheh.

And I find it's comforting and protective.

Nice question Czechy :hugz:

I am stuck between a diamond and an opal. Diamond is strong, clear, and refracts rainbows - very optimistic! While opal is delicate, many layered and shimmers with depth and colour - like my personality.

Yeah...I do have strong self esteem.

Tiger's eye!
Or either an old chunk coal.

Why?

Tiger's eye, courage, and strenght.

An old chunk of coal, well there's always room for growing and becoming more than we are at this very moment. (oh, the excitement!!!)

Carnelian

I love the way it feels, to me Carnelian is warm, soft and somewhat comforting. It may not be as fancy as others but it suits me just fine.

Either aquamarine or moonstone.

Aquamarine is my birthstone, so i already feel a connection it it.
And i've always felt drawn to moonstone, i love the milky complexion of it, and love it set in jewellery - it is also a good stone for balanacing emotions, i can become quite an emotional wreck at times, as my emotions get all over the place, another reason why i love this stone and would choose it.

My Great-Grandmother had an amethyst ring that I was always fascinated by. Ever since I was little I have loved this stone.

Either a rose quartz because of it's love properties,
Or hematite for it's grounding qualities :)

Plain old river rock. At least that way I'd be at the bottom of the waters.

Great Question! I can't pick just one though!!

Labradorite, because I love the calming oceanic feel of the energy, and the color shifts which are like those of a fish's scales.

Rainbow Obsidian, because I like the properties of both grounding and renewal. (I don't know if these are "known" properties of the stone, but that's what I get from it.

and Citrine, because it's like flame-in-stone. Raw crystals, not the polished jewelry quality ones.

Hey CzechWoods!
What about you?
Which would you be?

i think i would be moss agate.. it's so soothing and makes me feel like I'm touching this deep connection to the earth :) also if i can't sleep i hold a piece and it slows me right down and relaxes me very quickly.

I have a tie.

Rainbow Moonstone since it is the stone of the moon. It is neat and milky whitee yet clear and the blue and aqua hues in certain lights are great.

Labradorite because to me it looks like an enchanted forest, and the green and blue it hits at certain lights are great too.

Easy!

A ruby.

Why...?
-they are my favorite gems
-they are expensive and rare (I have heard more than diamonds) --which I why I don't own any :(
-they are red
-red= life, death, rebirth, anger, love, passion, fire...everything (Good and bad)

Now this is a hard one... if I could be a stone then I would likely choose to be jade. It's one of my favorites and the properties which it has are ones that I feel to be very important and useful.

Or, I would want to be an opal, a white opal. They are just sooo pretty! :D

Citrine as I love the stone and the fact that it is so protecting. Amethyst becasue it is purple and the healing and calming peaceful properties.

basically you have no much of a tie here, as the
rainbow moonstone named stone basically is white labradorite

Come again? :eyebrow:

Me, a black opal. It's dark and more closely aligned to the yin principle. It also contains a rainbow (literally) of possibilities within it. With that said my birthstone is opal and the most prized stone of all for me.

I would be malachite. I love the dark banding against the green which gives a sense of movement and energy. I've always been drawn to this stone.

Green and purple flourite, definitely. It's a stone I really resonate with, probably because, as a stone, it has some of the strongest resonations with the element of air (for me, at least), and my personality is very much dominated by air!

Blue Obsidian for me. It reminds me of infinity.

Can we choose two, I would be quartz, because I like how versatile it is. Or Watermelon Tourmaline, I had a beautiful piece as a kid, it was my favorite! i actually miss it! I want another one.

I guess I would be a Flint Hag Stone.
I would have spent the longest time in running water being scoured and shaped, I would be surprising and contradictory with a nodular surface and an amazingly smooth cut face, I would be magical, and I would still have the potential to light a fire!

Nuumite.
It appears to be dark in colour, but look and you can see a gold within, revealing that there is so much more than the overall would appear to be. It is also extremely ancient.

meteorite.. dark, mysterious, traveling on a solitary journey through the ages collecting knowledge and experiences only to share this vastness during its final stages of existance with those who can still see things through the eyes of a child...

Any one of these beautiful specimans....so that I could be close to my Sweet :uhhuhuh: at night...

Blending spirits is like pouring two waters into one glass; the fusion of two hearts is alchemy.

Trust your own whispers; not those of thoughts, but those of feelings. Listen to the wind and the earth, and keep close to your heart:boing:
