Got a summer job, worked 3 months, went away to school for 2 years.

Got the same job back when i returned, worked 3 more months, jackass manager finally got the best of me, I left.

Got a new job, worked 3 months, got tired of being COMPLETELY screwed over, quit.


Going back to school (leaving in 3 weeks :D) though for at least another 2 years, so I don't have a job right now, and won't until I'm done with school (It's a full-time school 40-60hrs a week, not including homework, won't have time for a job :p)

Thanks guys, I've had issues with my current job for a while, and I think I'm ready to quit. It's reliefs that some you have worked less than a year, and even less than a month for some. I've already accepted another job that I start Monday, so chances are I'll quit after this coming week. I'll let you all know later. I did have a volunteer job for 3 mos before(last summer).

Longest: Technically 9 years, because they left me on the payroll, to call in for emergencies when they can't find anyone else.

Shortest: 1 month (I was working another job and taking classes at the time, it was too much, and that happened to be the one I just didn't feel comfortable with, and quit).

Most liked: my most recent job, which I will have worked at nearly one year before moving on to start graduate school, and hopefully at the other univerity I'll be able to do equivalent work for my assistantship.

Well today I can say I've held that job for six months. Ironically I got terminated from a job I considered quitting. At least I still have my new job. Hopefully things will work out there.

Well ironically I got fired from that job two weeks ago, just 2 days after I started my current one. But this job's temp and difficult, so I may be unemployed soon. I'm working with special needs kids for a summer camp, not my forte.

7 1/2 years in the army, and I just re-upped for 5 more (to max out my bonu$). Though I did change my MOS (job classification) over two years ago, so maybe you can only count 5 years.

Gosh I must have had about 20 different jobs by now all in all. The longest was a year and a half for the police, the shortest was 6 hours at Legoland, I ran away it was so awful lol. I've run pubs and all sorts. My last job was for a nuclear engineering company and that lasted 6 months and then I got made redundant :rolleyes:
