well today sucked butt because of the humidity. I swear if it was ten degrees cooler it would've been raining, but instead it tried to evaporate and cuz it couldn't all the way, it stuck to everyone. we were breathing water. :raining:

Its horrible here. Its went from being in the 60s to being in the 90s constantly. And the humidity is horrible and it just makes my asthma act up even more/ I dont want to leave my house during the day at all. I try to wait until the evening before I go out if I can.

Last year at the end of July,I had to go to Florence SC for the place that I work and work in a unairconditioned warehouse with no fans,no shade,wearing jeans and a t-shirt in 100 degree weather with 100% humidity. NEVER AGAIN!!!!! I suppose that if I was close to the beach it might have been ok. But right then and there I made a vow never to go back there ever again! I'll take Ohios pittley humidity anyday over "Africa hot"! :cheers:

Sounds like it has been the same in NJ the last week.

here in San Diego, we get MAJOR june gloom, then it sorta warms up in July--by August and Sept we are blazing hot (when the kids return to school, ironically), then October and November slowly burn out (at 80 and 90 degree temps) into a cooler winter that actually really begins in February.

Well, I can't help notice how many of you suffering from heat are in the north. Here on the Gulf Coast, it's hot and humid, just like every summer. What get me is the weather forecasters on T.V. are completely shocked. "Hot and humid with no end in sight!" they prophecy. My goodness, hot an humid in June on the Gulf Coast. Whod'a thunk it?

93 degrees here today....hotter tomarrow. Humid. Nasty. Hubby got overheated at work yesterday so he puked his guts out and then had an asthmia attack. Me, I don't sweat enough to cool myself down so not a lot of time outside. Poor Dylan, red hair and light complexion, couldn't stay out for long without more sun block. Thank the Goddess I have central A/C. Wish we had the pool full of water already.
