OK, I know its petty maybe, and maybe i need a life but I just have to share

yay, I have new stones.

Not that it is that unusual for me getting new stones, but these are stones, that I had not had before - neither on stock, nor in my private collection !

:bouncybob

Got really great additions, and look foreward meditating on them.

Variscite
Gabbro/Blackstone
Chrysantheme Stone
Sulfur-Quartz
Tigers Jasper
and Stromatolite

Oh how exciting! Do you have them up on your website by any chance? i would like to check them out...I think I might be familiar with Sulpher Quartz and Tiger's Jasper...other than that they are unfamiliar to me and maybe even the two ( I think I might know) could be as well.

_travolta_ Very Awsome!

Oooohhh, stromatolites! We were studying those in Bio the other day.... I just sounded like I was about 10 then. :P

You'll have to tell us about them when you develop a rapport! I love reading anything you have to say about crystals/stones. The resident expert!

I only heard of variscite but never seen one irl. Really great all those unknown stones which means that there is still very much to discover!

I am very interested in clear quartz with all kind of inclusions, rutile, tourmaline but also chlorite and with hematite. They are very beautiful to see.

I so am with you on Incluions in Quartz.
I should also post about Aktinolite Quartz in the future. It is often mistaken for Green-Tourmaline Quartz, it just looks like green rutile or green tourmaline needles.
I used to have a few pendulums of those for sale, but I need to fill up my stock again :bigblue:

I have a peridot crystal with tiny tine actinolite needles in it. Inclusions are not always popular but I think they make a stone much more interesting.

Thanks! I love that stone but I have worn it as a pendant so long that I doubt if it still works. Colours seem to have faded slightly. Still love it though.

Czechwoods, I need to get some files off this computer before I can load any more pictures, but I wanted you to know that I do wire-wrapping, and I have wrapped the stone you sent Flar. It turned out quite beautiful and while the stone looks heavy, it's not and is comfortable to wear.

Again, thank you for sending it to him.

You can see some of my work here:

Oy! My Goddess! Creations - Jewelry Catalogue (http://www.oymygoddess.com/shannon/catalogue_jewelry.shtml)

If you ever have a need for someone who can wrap your stones, look me up;)
