Ok, I love fruit and I love yogurt. But whenever I try a yogurt that has fruit mixed in it, I almost gag on the little fruit chunks? Why is that? I got a bunch of Dannon's thinking it was regular but noooooooooooooo...Can't waste it tho and I'll eat it cuz I know it's good fer me :D hee-heeee I don't know what's wrong with me haaaaaaaaaa :broomride :bigredgri

The fruit in the yogurt is all slimey and gushy. That's why it makes me gag. :blech:

I agree. Have you tried whipped yogurt? That's the only kind I really like, that and vanilla flavored yogurt.

whipped yogurt is delicious! Shiluette from Danonne-vanilla? mmmmm yes! Haven't had it in a while though...
another I haven't had in a while ... well... there used to be an amazing yogurt that was cappuccino and one that was caramel and I think they were both way back in the early shiluette days... I know they were fat free and low cal and omg... they were so good... why did they get rid of them? I'll never know.
Fruit in yogurt. gross... the exceptions I've made lately are as follows : Activa--prune flavored yogurt--sounds so gross, but omg is it ever tasty. I doesn't taste the way you'd think it does, it tasted like some sort of a cheesecake or desert and it hits the spot when you're hungry at night or when you come home from a long, luscious run. ... and... as odd as this sounds... the fruit and yogurt parfait from McDonalds. I am not a huge fan of the fruit in the yogurt, but the yogurt itself is so yummy and sometimes, they freeze the fruit, so it's ok to just sperate that much easier, let it thaw and melt into your mouth and then chew it like it's frozen fruit. Once you're done that, you can enjoy the yogurt... leisurely... it feels like i'm having the best of two worlds--fruit [yum] and yogurt, separately, but in one sitting.
makes sense? :excuseme: guess not... :alol: :sadman:
but... yeah... I agree... _wth_ fruit... great... yogurt... Mmmm Mmm good. Fruit n' yogurt [like the mixes] ew... also i think it's more because it feels like they add gelatine in them or that they use jams, which I hate and there's a mixed, mushy flavor and texture instead of the nice clean flavors of both fresh fruit and a solid plain or flavored yogurt. which might also be more of why i don't like the blended fruit, fruit at the bottom or any other related mix... make sense?
... yeah. thought so!

the whipped yogurts are really good. I remember the caramel and cappuccino ones, I don't know why they got rid of them. Soooooo good! I've had the fruit and yogurt parfait and Micy-Dees and Wendy's they are really good and I don't feel bad when i have those at a fast food place! they are yummy!

Graar! My GF gets the plain yogurt and mixes fresh blackberries and walnuts in it. It's really good that way, although it obviously doesn't have to be blackberries or walnuts. You could put anchovies and karske in it if that's what you like, but that's more like a recipe Bigfoot would probably enjoy.

Yeah, I'm not a big fan of it. Although I like dipping fruit in vanilla yogurt. But when it just sits in there it gets kinda gross.
