Aww, don't worry your not alone! I can do *some" ballet, but regular dancing is my downfall. I suck at it.

Yes, at least I like to think I can dance. When I was younger, I did go to ballet lessons for like one day....needless to say that isn't the sort of dance I'm interested in. I'd rather dance at a honky tonk. ;)

my daily morning ritual involves mad crazy dancing. I wake up in the morning, turn on blink 182 or some other decent jumping around music.. and I dance around my room in my cheek pants (undies!) it really gets you in a great mood for the day!! course I probably look like a complete nutcase, but it's fun!! DO IT!!! it's highly recommended! lol :rollingla

I sure can! I danced so much when I was younger that I ruined my knees and had to have knee replacement surgery last summer, but I wouldn't take away one minute of the time I spent on the dance floor. I just feel sorry that my husband can still dance, but I can't. I need to do the other knee, but not any way soon! Dance is a wonderful expression of ourselves.
