my mom just got her. she little. she was mistreated, we think. she lived at the shelter for a while in a little cage. people adopted her and named her "mariah", but their cat beat her up so they return her to the shelter. she stayed in the little cage until my dad got her.
she's very happy here, i think. she's really sweet and affectionate.
poor little thing.

My grandmother's cat is named Brieda, a form of Bridgit. I always liked that name.

Belenus - Celtic sun god of equally sunny disposition
Dagda - perfect for that overweight cat of leisure
