I would suggest that we use that time to think of those we love, and perhaps tell those who haven't heard it enough "I love you". What better way to honor Flar than for us to use that moment to spread love :).....I know....mushy and corny :bigredblu

It may be corny and mushy..but so true :hugz:
Sometimes, we take people for granted and forget to tell them just how much they mean to us :hugz:

That's very fitting, Mol--in tribute to the voices silenced, for a time we will silence ours. :hugz:

Forty years ago today Joe Shed was born. Approximately 36 years later he brought himself to this little People community. As a Christian he brought with him a perspective often viewed as opposite from "us". As a complete nutjob he brought endless laughter and fun. As a romantic poet he brought timeless gifts of spoken word. As a talented artist he brought awesome visual displays of creativity. As a man living with a terminal illness since birth he brought a very unique and complete philosophy on everything if we take the time to read it. Thanks for that Joe.

In fact thanks for everything. You were always loving and fair and turned the other cheek no matter what you read. Patiently answering with your pearls of wisdom that are sure to shine on (Thanks Gracie..we love you girl!) Your words will touch lives tomorrow as they have touched them today. Never in vain my dear friend. Happy Birthday Joe. You will be missed.

Let's take this time to remember Flar7(Joe), Aine of the Fae, and everyone we love.

Love,
mol & Semele

I was checking some stuff out right before this tribute bagan, and had no idea of it, and every insite link @ Mysticwicks would take you to this tribute.

I had several pages opened...

I was so very touched, and sat here laughing and crying while touching as many karma buttons, (some even over and over again) as were on the pages I had open...

There were many of you there, and you got touched several times.
(I can't even express the delight of being able to touch and retouch the karma button so many times, without being told, 'nope, sorry')

This tribute time @ MW is truely amazing...

I honestly feel that some part of flar & aine, were here with me crying, laughing and touching karma as well.
it was cool!

The sensation was healing. (for all I hope)

Today marks two months ago that an incredible human being left this world. He was a talented artist and writer, but most of all, he was one of the most genuine, kind, loving and wise men that ever walked this earth.

Each day I am reminded of how much I loved him, and I never realized just how deep that love really was until he was gone - but isn't that always the way it ends up. But it almost seems that even though he's not here, my love for him continues to grow.

Baby, I just wanted you to know that I could never stop loving you, and I wait for the day when we will create love in the Summerland, together.

I miss you, so much. :boquet:

:hugz:

I recently read about a woman who releases balloons with letters inside them for her child on anniversaries. I'd like to do that but I'm not sure how to get one into a helium balloon, the openings are so small. I'll be sending him some this weekend letters or not.
