I click on them everyday. If you run Firefox you can actually get a small program that sits in the bottom of the window and shows an oak leaf to remind you to go click. You just click this oak leaf, it brings up a page with every one of them on a single block and you can click them twice as fast.

There is also the ecologyfund.com and care2.com have the a few also. With those 2 you can keep a tally of how many times you clicked and how much it saved/fed/helped/gave etc. I click about 20 different ones a day. Takes me about 5 minutes to do the whole lot.
