namaste Community,

whom do i address if I wqanted to start a new FORUM ?

There is something missing in here imo.

People who have seen my interests/web-page will know what i mean ... you have wonderful forums, a great work has been done on all kinds of topics.

But nothing on gem-stones, minerals and metals.

I would very much like starting&monitoring that forum. As I may have said, I am professional gem stone consultant (among others). I prefer this word to healer; the healing makes the stone, not me, i just choose them ;)

So, anyway, what does it take to be a moderator, starting forums and such ?

Let me know, my addy is czechwoodsgems@yahoo.com if needed :)

Blessings

PS: I would not be able to starting that forum before new year/meaning after samhain. My tradition wants me to celebrate the total samhain celebration, so i would be open for new projects from Nov. 12th on.

Welcome and Merry Meet!

I for one would definitly be interesting in a forum about gemstones and such! Great idea!

You can contact Mol or another site administrator and I'm sure he'll set you up with someone to work with on this.

wouldn't that fall under Magick and Rituals??????

Namaste Da Witch,

no it does not fall under magick and ritual. It can, but needs not to. It is a topic like the "green room" topics.

far more then just ritual

sure, you can use them for ritual, but that is lessening the stones capabilities, when reducing them to that

stones are related to

- divination
- meditation
- astrology
- healing
- rituals
- studies
- reiki and related crafts
- art

...

it is like with plants.

You can make a suggestion in the Site Room. At the moment, gemstones & such are being discussed in Magic & Ritual and Divination as well. You're more than welcome to start threads there on the topics you mentioned. I would definitely be interested! :)

A gems and crystals forum would be brilliant. Let me add my support to the campaign.

PM means Private Message. At the bottom of every post, you see little icons such as "so and so's home page" or "pm" or "profile." click on PM. You can then pm that individual, or change the "to" header to whomever you watned. For example, you could click PM on my post, and change the name from "Puma Hime" to "mol" and voila! you're sending a message to Mol instead.

apparently, I've always been a bit twisted like that too. when we first got my goldfish, Talbit, i told my parents how much i loved him, and then inquired quite seriously as to when he would be big enough to eat.
