Okay anyone else feel like this????

Hey I have a question. Does anyone feel like they dont know enough about Paganism to call themselves Pagan??? I have been studing for about a year, but I feel that I dont know enough........... so I feel that maybe since I dont know that much I shouldn't call myself Pagan until I've learned more. Does anyone else feel like this,or is it just me??? Also thank you for answering me about my blood sacraficing question, I would say thanks there but yeah I figure since I'm asking this might as well thank here. Well adios and Blessed Be-

I constantly feel this way, dont worry Spider:) Whenever I feel this way, I just say I am a child of the goddess:) With time these doubts fade:)

Well, we never stop learning. If one had to know a "certain amount" in order to call himself a Pagan, then ... I don't know. I've been recognizably Pagan for 13 years now ... Do I know enough? No - and I hope I never do. :D

I studied for about 9 yrs and never felt I knew enough, Paganism is a very etensive religion, there is always something new to learn. the only right time to call yourself a pagan is when you feel comfortable classifying yourself as one. It's gotta feel like its right to you.

Hi Hon! Yes I feel like this much of the time too. I have been studying Witchcraft, mostly the Kitchen/Green aspects of it, for a little less than a year. I have felt Pagan all my life. I feel ok saying I am Pagan, for the most part because my belief in the Goddess are very strong, like Mist said. :) But I don't know if I will ever truly feel like I can call myself as Witch, as each day brings me new information, thoughts, impressions and experiences to process. But I bet when I am ready, I am going to know without a doubt.

As a sidenote, one lesson that I learned here, on this board, is to not place so much importance on a label. *Be* Pagan, but don't feel it necessary to *say* Pagan. I hope that makes someone other than me. he he.:p
