I'm a college student, so I've recently had to take a menial job at Taco Bell to make ends meet, and to help pay tuition and such. The other day, I was back in the kitchen washing dishes, when I saw a man, in the standard Taco Bell uniform, walk with a scrub brush into the back storeroom (this was someone I had never seen before, who wasn't scheduled for that day, and who I've never seen again). I looked down for a split second and when I looked up, the brush was on the floor and he was gone. At first, I assumed he walked back into the storage area, which judging by the place he was standing, that was the only physically possible place he could have gone without me seeing him. So, I walked back to see if he needed something. No one there. There were no doors back there, no windows, manholes, whatever, no possible way to get out. But no one was there. I was thinking a poltergeist or something along those lines, but what should I do? I probably couldn't get away with blessing a major chain fast food restaurant without drawing some unusual attention...

:(
Probably the poor ghost of the guy who fell into the Taco Bell meat grinder.
Hehe...
In all seriousness though I wouldn't be too worried, he didn't seem to be harmful. Did you get any negative vibes from him?

I had a experience like that at a mexican restaurant I used to work at.... lator I found out an 18 year old girl had died and she said that if she ever died she would come back and haunt the place...

Sounds more like a regular ghost than a poltergeist. From what you say I don't think you need do anything -he didn't seem to need help as such (and with any luck he might put that scrub brush to good use next time ;) ). and if he isn't being a problem why worry?
