It's actually quite similar to what my experience in my pagan commuity tells me many pagans are thinking and feeling this Samhain.. although we are also going to be remembering those who have died in the bombing of Afghanistan as well.

It seems that many people are feeling the heaviness of some very unquiet spirits on the other side who are very disoriented and feeling lost. i believe that many of those who will celebrate Samhain this year will be sending energy to those who have died as a result of the events of Sept. 11 to help them let go of mortal ties, and let mortals also release the ties with the dead so the dead can be free to go gently to the Summerland

i also believe it is very important to insure that ritual done this Samhain be strongly protected because all the energies abroad will be very powerful.... bb talamh
