An idea from a dream I had for contacting people

Do any of you ever have ideas while dreaming that sound really great at the time, and you remember them when you wake up except they don't sound so great? Well, that is what happened to me.

I dreamt about looking in the phone book to find old friends from school and so forth and either calling them or using their address to write them a letter. It seemed like such a great idea while I was asleep, but now that I am awake I just don't know... I might come across as a stalker or something. I'd also feel a bit nervous about doing it, but if it worked it would be a great way to reestablish contact with old acquantances. What do you guys think?

It could very well be a sign for something different. I recently had a similar experience. I had a dream that I ran into a girl I went to elementary school with (now this was some time ago...lol). In the dream, we got to talking and she told me that she kept in touch with another girl we went to school with. Well, the dream was so vivid and urgent to me that I began to think of how I could possibly get in touch with these people. Not too long after I had the dream, I ran into her! To make thing better, she still communicated with the other girl in my dream. The three of us have been getting together at least once a week since then.

Maybe your subconscious is trying to tell you something. I think its perfectly natural to have that yearning to reconnect with people that you spent an important part of your life with.

Give the phone book thing a try, if you like. I'm beyond happy that I found my girls...and I wish that kind of elation on everyone.

I want to contact an old schoolmate named Graham Parker, we both went to Wineteer Elementary here in KS. I want to apologize to him because I treated him like crap, and was very cruel to him when I was younger. :(
