Auras

What, for you, does an aura look like? Is the pale light-shadow you see (or I see) round hands and cats, at night, an aura, or is it some kind of etheric body? I'm confused. I'd like to learn to see an aura clearly, does anyone have any tips for starting?

Auras look like depending on person. Sometimes, you see nothing

sometimes if you actually are lucky enough to see one, it will be a plain colour

what i see most of the time though, is like a corona around the body, and I tend to see the different chakra ccolours in it. Depending on peeks and lows , and colour of the corona (aura) i then can more easily pick upop the correct stones for healing.

funny thing though.

if i ma not with a person, i see the aura more clearly, or at all, as in cases where i am in the same room. odd, but explanable.

to me, everything has an aura, not just people. And they all look different. Some show that the item is just an item. . . some show that it's something special. . . sometimes you can tell sometimes not. To me, people's auras show what they're feeling emotinally, usually. They change colours, the aura can be smoothe or spikey or wavy or bright or dark etc etc. I have been told that auras look different to everyone. And to go by your instincts.

I haven't really researched into auras although i should because it seems to be a skill i have that has just always *been there*.
From what i see is that any object human, animal , computers etc have an aura to me they seem sort of like a shadow execept it hovers around people. Coloured or not there every where, if you look and if your lucky even if you don't

Aura's are one of my favorite topics. I love discussing them and teaching folks to see and feel them. It is really pretty easy to learn if you want to learn.

to me ...... I see actual colors......... like soft waves of color surrounding a person.....and Semele you brought up a good point...... sometimes you feel them rather than see them...... I have had people walk up behind me and it felt like a physical blow ...... when in actuallity they were still three or more feet away...........
Most people dont realise that they sense things like this ............or put it together with auras ..... like the feeling that someone is watching you ........ and they are.........
But that is part of seeing and feeling auras..................
Somteimes when I am doing healing I see blue flashes from my fingertips.............
Sometimes I can see peoples auras if they are standing in fromt of a mirror faster than in 3d...........

Yeah, I want to learn! I've only been able to see them occasionally, and I'm not sure what I'm doing when I do see them! lol <it's a blonde thing> So.....if it's so easy....can you tell me how.....and I promise to practice! :D

I can usually see the "envelope" around a person, but not really beyond that. (when attempting to look upon an aura)

I'd love to learn. I read a book on learning to see the aura once, but only realised after buying it that the author expected you to have some kind of 'aura camera' (can't remember the name, unless it was something like 'Kirlian' camera) which I do not have! :D

I think that's empathy, not aura reading.. but then again I suppose their aura might be helping you be an empath :D

Ohhhhhhhhhhh! I read about empathy (not the same as this empathy thing) in The Black Gryphon and White and now I'm reading Silver... But anyways, I understand. :)
