Hey guys, could you send a little energy for my best friend's 9 week old son, Noah. He's in surgery as we speak to repair his pyloric sphincter (opening to his stomach). He's been unable to keep food down properly for the last 5 weeks. This surgery will correct the problem. It should have been done sooner but the Army doctors didn't want to run the nessasary test to check for this specific problem. It's been a hard time for baby and family.

Im so sorry for the family. That is a difficult one. My daughter was also born with pyloric stenosis. We ware fortunate it did not need surgery just medication constantly to keep food down. The operation from what I have been told helps tremendously and he will grow out of what little difficulty is left. I will light a candel for everyone.

Noah is doing much better. He's pigging out now that he can keep food down. He had a doctor appointment yesterday and everything looks good. He's even gained back a couple of pounds just over the weekend. My friend is taking action against the military doctors that wouldn't test him and filing complaints about his treatment. This is not the first time there have been complaints about the way a dependent has been treated at this military hospital. The local newspaper is wanting to run a story. Thanks for the energy y'all sent. Lori appreciates it very much.
